Apartment Community
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!
What You’ll Do:
- Handle general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, Flooring
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Professional and respectful when working with residents
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check.
