As a Sales Enrollment Associate, you'll start with training that covers everything from plan details to the art of nodding sympathetically when someone describes their current service as a suggestion, not a promise. The Sales Enrollment Associate then works inside our stores, engaging with customers who arrive with low expectations and leave with high-speed internet.
Core Functions of the Sales Enrollment Associate
- Engage customers in-store by introducing Frontier Internet and TV services tailored to our customers' entertainment and connectivity needs.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand internet usage, streaming habits, and entertainment preferences before making sales recommendations.
- Lead customers through the enrollment and sales journey, from service selection to installation scheduling, with confidence and professionalism.
- Simplify internet and TV choices by explaining available packages, promotions, and bundled solutions in relatable terms.
- Identify sales opportunities to enhance each customer's experience through value-added sales recommendations and service options.
- Ensure every enrollment is completed accurately while delivering a smooth, enjoyable customer experience.
