We are seeking a motivated and dependable Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic roadside assistance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring prompt response to roadside emergencies. Your expertise in vehicle handling, mechanical knowledge, and strong communication skills will help us deliver reliable support to our customers in need. Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes or breakdowns
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after towing to identify mechanical issues or damages
- Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring secure transportation
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate towing operations and provide updates
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including vehicle details, locations, and times
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary to assist with vehicle recovery or troubleshooting
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic laws while on duty, ensuring a safe working environment at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license Does NOT need to be (CDL). With a clean driving record.
- Some mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive repair tools is highly desirable
- Proven ability to load, unload, and secure vehicles safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally and calmly under pressure.
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
