Training & Compliance Manager
JT Services – Claremore, OK Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonuses

We’re looking for a Training & Compliance Manager who thrives on structure, coaching, documentation, and building people into high‑performing professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and training for all new hires across multiple departments
- Facilitate Day 1 “Total Immersion” orientation
- Build 10‑day launch plans that get field experts operating independently by Day 11
- Create SOPs, checklists, training modules, and certification paths
- Audit documentation, photos, invoices, safety, and customer experience
- Ensure Housecall Pro workflows, Slack communication, and daily routines are followed
- Coach technicians, CSRs, dispatchers, and emerging leaders
- Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective training
- Maintain JT University content and version control
- Support leadership development and succession planning

- Experience auditing quality, safety, or compliance
- Ability to hold people accountable with professionalism
- Comfort teaching technology (Housecall Pro, Slack, etc.)
