We're seeking an experienced Architectural Design Technician (Intermediate) to support the design of cutting-edge semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, who enjoys creating accurate layouts and coordinating complex industrial projects.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of architectural drafting and BIM modeling experience in industrial, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing facilities
- Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
- Experience developing equipment layouts, 3D models, construction drawings, and coordinating multidisciplinary designs
- Knowledge of cleanroom environments, semiconductor tool layouts, clash detection, and installation planning is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, facilities, equipment, and construction teams while maintaining high-quality drawing and model production
