Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Unloader to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center environment. The Unloader will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate unloading of shipments, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Production pay by containers $150-200 a day Via 1099
1st and 2nd shift available 3 days 12-hr shifts 1 day 6-8hr shift
Responsibilities
- Safely unload shipments from trucks and containers manual.
- Sort and organize products for easy access and inventory management.
- Perform order picking tasks as required, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Assist in building pallets and preparing items for storage or distribution.
- Conduct routine inspections of unloading equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily unloading goals and deadlines.
Skills
- Familiarity with distribution center operations and order picking processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Capability to adapt to varying workloads and maintain productivity under pressure.
- Prefered RF scanner experience
