Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in North Bay, is seeking a motivated and experienced legal professional to join our Estate Planning Group.
This is a hands-on role offering immediate responsibility, strong mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and highly respected firm.
Compensation
· $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience
· Performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, edit, and process sophisticated estate planning documents
· Prepare revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced
planning instruments
· Prepare accountings
· Prepare and manage court filings
· Draft substantive correspondence
· Calendar and track deadlines
· Coordinate document execution
· Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, experts, and counsel
· Collaborate closely with attorneys to manage matters from start to conclusion
· Maintain organized and confidential client files
Qualifications
· Proven experience as an estate planning business or real estate legal secretary or paralegal
· Strong knowledge of trust structures and estate planning terminology
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and organizational abilities
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
