What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and fully engaged in their communities.
Your day may include:
✅ Helping individuals participate in community outings, events, and recreational activities
✅ Supporting personal goals and celebrating achievements
✅ Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
✅ Encouraging independence and confidence
✅ Building genuine friendships and positive relationships
✅ Providing transportation to appointments, activities, and community events
✅ Documenting daily activities and progress
✅ Working alongside families and support teams to create the best possible outcomes

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
Medication Administration certification or willingness to obtain
Previous DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not required
