Part-Time Elementary Mentor Teacher
Franklin Discovery Academy is seeking a part-time Elementary 4th Grade Mentor Teacher to join our school community.
Franklin Discovery is not a traditional elementary school, and that is part of what makes it such a fun place to teach. Our model operates a little more like a junior high schedule, but for elementary-aged students. Students rotate through classes and experiences throughout the day, while Mentor Teachers provide consistency, connection, academic support, goal setting, and parent communication.
This position is a great fit for someone who loves working with elementary students, values creativity and flexibility in education, and wants a teaching role with built-in time for planning, preparation, and meaningful communication with families.
