Hot Tub & Spa Service Technician

Spa Tender is growing, and we're looking for a dependable Service Technician to join our team in Park City.
This is a hands-on role working with hot tubs and spas throughout the area. If you have experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, pool service, HVAC, construction, or a similar trade, we'd love to talk with you.
Previous hot tub experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs and spas
- Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, control systems, sensors, and leaks
- Perform water chemistry testing and balancing
- Complete routine maintenance and service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Work independently while managing daily service appointments
- Represent Spa Tender with professionalism and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, service, repair, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pool service, construction, or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience repairing hot tubs or pools
- CPO Certification
- Experience with Sundance, Jacuzzi, Bullfrog, Hot Spring, or similar brands
- Service technician or field service experience
