Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle movement within the shop, including parking, staging, and retrieval to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
- Support car wash and detailing services by preparing vehicles, applying cleaning products, buffing surfaces, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Help with tasks by preparing vehicles and assisting technicians as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies related to cleaning, detailing, and car wash operations; notify management when replenishments are required.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all shop activities; report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering basic questions about services offered, and assisting with vehicle drop-off or pick-up.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles within the shop premises.
