We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our Super Chix location with passion and precision. Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies timely, and minimizing waste
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports
- Conduct shift management by assigning tasks, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting
- Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on training & development
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food handling regulations, kitchen management practices, and culinary operations
- Effective communication skills for interviewing candidates, staff training sessions, and team leadership
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles including shift management, staff scheduling, and operational workflows
