HQC Incorporated is Hiring a Material Handler / Molding Technician Trainee

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.
Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour
· Forklift experience and basic mechanical aptitude are helpful.
· This role can be fast-paced at times and offers opportunities to cross-train in other areas of the business.
· We are looking for candidates who are interested in learning all aspects of injection molding.
Basic Duties
· Mix materials and keep machines supplied to prevent production interruptions.
· Disassemble, clean, and reassemble grinders and dryers.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
· Keep packers and inspectors supplied with required materials and items.
· Remove garbage as needed.
· Grind parts as assigned.
· Advancement opportunities may be available, including Technician, Set-Up, Assistant, and Supervisor roles.
· Must be able to work rotating weekends.
· Good attendance is vital.
