Position Summary:
Govig has been retained by an established yet growing senior living provider that is looking for a Regional Director of Sales. This position will cover multiple Independent Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care communities throughout the Oklahoma City, OK. As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts within the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Trains, coaches, evaluates, develops and implements the community’s sales plans working directly with the Sales Director, Executive Director and divisional leadership
- Responsible for setting goals and objectives for the Sales Directors within the region and monitoring progress
- Leads regional team training sessions with a focus on sales and marketing
- Analyzes and monitors industry trends
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of regional sales and marketing leadership experience in a senior living setting
- Previous experience in a multi-site leadership role
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to travel within the region
- The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
