Make a Real Impact – Join Our Team as a Support Partner!
At Values Into Action, we partner with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to design and live their best lives as active members of their communities. We believe in inclusion, respect, and self-determination—and we’re looking for team members who share these values.

- Transportation using a wheelchair-accessible van
- Medication administration and healthcare appointments
- Household tasks like shopping and cleaning
- Supporting technology use (iPads, laptops, Alexa)
- Encouraging community involvement and recreation
