We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and relationship-driven New Home Sales Consultant to help our customers build their dream homes.

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll become the trusted advisor for homebuyers from their first visit through the completion of their new home.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome prospective buyers at model homes and communities.
- Conduct needs assessments and help customers identify the home, homesite, and features that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Guide customers through every step of the home-buying process.
- Follow up promptly with internet leads, phone inquiries, Realtor referrals, and walk-in traffic.
- Build lasting relationships with Realtors, lenders, and referral partners.
- Prospect for new leads through networking, community involvement, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate open houses, Realtor events, community events, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up schedules within the CRM.
- Present Pitell Homes' unique value, craftsmanship, and customization opportunities.
- Prepare purchase agreements, pricing, and contract documentation accurately.
- Collaborate closely with construction, design, and office teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience through the pre-construction meeting.
- Monitor market trends, competing builders, pricing, and inventory.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales, traffic, and customer satisfaction goals.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Minimum 3 years of successful commissioned sales experience preferred.
- Experience in new home sales, real estate, or other consultative sales is a plus.
- Pennsylvania Real Estate License preferred
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent prospecting and networking skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, social media, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission, bonuses
Schedule:
- Thursday–Monday (or as assigned), Days Off Tuesday, Wedneday
- Weekend availability required

Model Homes, Communities, and Corporate Office throughout the northern Allegheny and southern Butler County Areas.
