Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic & rapidly growing team. If you have a passion for nails, a commitment to outstanding customer service & the drive to further your skills by learning & mastering Russian E-File manicure and pedicure techniques, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of nail care services using the E-File Manicure Technique.
- Adhere to salon service protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in every treatment.
- Embrace change and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and personal development.
- Work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Fully prepare each treatment according to our treatment criteria, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Actively promote the salon, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients to build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Delaware Cosmetology or/ Nail Technician License
- Open-mindedness and an easy-going nature, enabling you to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for our valued clients.
- Availability on weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with E-File (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a Nail Salon/Spa environment (preferred).
