OptiCrib, LLC is seeking experienced, highly motivated Independent Sales Representatives throughout North America to develop and expand sales of our innovative automated storeroom and inventory management solutions.
OptiCrib brings the same frictionless, computer-vision AI technology used in autonomous, cashier-free retail stores commonly found in airports, stadiums, campuses, convenience stores, and other high-traffic environments to industrial storerooms, tool cribs, warehouses, job trailers, and mobile supply solutions, automatically tracking inventory as employees simply "grab and go"—with no barcode scanning, RFID tags, vending machines, paperwork, or manual transactions required. OptiCrib delivers advanced inventory control technology that combines computer vision, automated user accountability, intelligent replenishment, inventory analytics, and secure point-of-use dispensing to enable manufacturers, construction companies, utilities, aerospace organizations, transportation fleets, government agencies, healthcare systems, and other industrial enterprises to dramatically reduce inventory costs, improve productivity, and increase operational visibility.

OptiCrib offers a highly competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Successful representatives can earn substantial commissions through:

There are no geographic restrictions within North America and no cap on earnings.
Essential Responsibilities
§ Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries and accounts
§ Prospect manufacturing facilities, industrial distributors, utilities, healthcare systems, aerospace organizations, transportation providers, government agencies, educational institutions, and other inventory-intensive operations
§ Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
§ Conduct customer discovery meetings and needs assessments
§ Present OptiCrib solutions to operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders
§ Develop ROI-based business cases and value propositions
§ Coordinate demonstrations and pilot opportunities
§ Prepare sales proposals and support customer procurement processes
§ Negotiate and close profitable business opportunities
§ Develop long-term strategic customer relationships
§ Collaborate with OptiCrib technical, implementation, and executive teams
§ Identify enterprise-wide expansion opportunities within customer organizations
Preferred Qualifications
§ Outside sales, business development, or account management experience
§ Experience selling into targeted markets
§ Background in one or more of the following:
o Industrial automation
o MRO and industrial distribution
o Supply chain solutions
o Inventory management systems
o Enterprise software
o SaaS solutions
o Material handling systems
o Vending and dispensing systems
o Operational technology (OT)
o Industrial IoT solutions
§ Existing relationships with decision makers in industrial or institutional markets preferred
§ Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
§ Ability to communicate ROI and business value to senior management
§ Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-directed work ethic
§ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing technology company
§ CRM experience preferred
§ Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
