Job Title: In-House Laboratory Equipment Repair Technician
Location: Walpole, MA
Work Schedule: (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour (40 hours + 5 hours of overtime, approximately $70,000-$107,000 per year)
About the Role
Minimal travel—no more than 10 business days per quarter. In some quarters, no travel may be required at all.
As a member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for repairing and servicing laboratory instruments that are used in the life sciences industry.

Candidate Expectations
We’re looking for professionals with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, who are:
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools such as multimeters
- Possessing strong electro/mechanical aptitude
- Experienced in complex troubleshooting and repair
A college degree is preferred, but not required.
We strongly encourage applicants with backgrounds in:
- Laboratory instrumentation and Automations
- Medical device service
- Industrial equipment servicing
- Plant Support & Manufacturing
- SCADA \ PLC Engineers
- Appliance repair
- Automotive mechanics
- Or any other technical field!

Overtime
- 5 hours of overtime is mandatory per week. Additional overtime beyond 5 hours per week is available after 3 months.
