DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS (DOFI)Part-Time Front Desk & Customer Experience Coordinator
At Joy of Dance, we believe people remember how you made them feel long after they leave the building.
That’s why this role matters so much.
Our Director of First Impressions is often the very first person a family interacts with when they walk through our doors, send an email, or call the studio. This person helps create the warm, welcoming, organized, and caring experience that makes our dancers and families feel like they belong here.
This is not “just” a front desk position. This role is part customer service expert, part community builder, part organizer, part problem solver, and part joyful presence.
If you love people, enjoy staying busy, take pride in creating exceptional experiences, and are excited to continue learning and growing, we’d love to meet you.
Hours and Wage
2-3 days for between 8-12 hours per week
Hours are roughly 2:30-6:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:45-11:45 am on Saturdays
Hourly pay is between $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience
