What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families to support each child's success
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Passion for helping children learn and grow
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
- Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, social work, or human services preferred
- RBT certification preferred; training opportunities available for qualified candidates
