We are looking for a Neurodevelopmental Therapist to join our growing team and provide compassionate, effective care to our children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and/or adolescents, be comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals, have a passion for serving others, enjoy continuous learning, and operate collaboratively within a team-oriented structure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and developing learning opportunities specific to the individual needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual developmental therapy using foundational behavior analysis practices.
- Work collaboratively to develop individual learning plans for children/adolescents.
- Implement co-regulation practices and teach self-regulation strategies.
- Teach social skills programs for adolescents.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
- Be familiar with community resources for referrals.
- Be able to work with a diverse population.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
