Well Primary Care in Middletown, Delaware is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. We are a physician-owned practice with two partners dedicated to providing personalized, relationship-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Highlights
- Part-time position: 20 hours per week
- Starting salary: $75,000 annually
- 4 weeks paid vacation

- 30-60 minute appointment times
- Collaborative support from experienced physicians
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to assigned patients
- Conduct routine visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute care evaluations
- Collaborate with physician partners on patient care plans as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third week
- Provide coverage when one of the physicians is out of town
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Delaware license and DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Primary care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physician partners
