Hours: Sat&Sun on site 9am-3pm, Mon-Wed remote flex hours
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or Special Education required
- Licensed and Board Certification – required (will accept limited permit, certification to be obtained within one year of hire)
- Five years’ experience in ABA, DTI and Autism
- 3 years supervisory experience
- 1 year experience working with insurance companies and treatment planning
- Knowledge of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid NY State Driver’s License required
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Provides comprehensive assessment (FBA) of clients
- Manages a client’s clinical programming
- Supervises multiple cases and clinical teams
- Provides direct therapy services to clients, as needed
- Maintains consistent, reliable schedule with clients
- Works evenings and weekends if needed
- Provides training and on-going support to caregivers and clinical team members
- Produces program updates, reports and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness to insurance companies
- Maintains regular and effective communication with client families and clinical care team
- Attends team clinical meetings, staff and professional development meetings
- Complies to company’s policies, procedures and timelines
- Create and develop( as needed) programs books for each student ( includes program descriptions, data sheets and graphs) in a timely manner
- Ensure all units are being utilized to their capacity
- Ensure that units do not go over the billable mandate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
