Position Summary
We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to manage our day-to-day scheduling operations and ensure jobs are set up for successful completion. This role is responsible for creating department job files, communicating with customers about scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and dispatching our field technician team. You'll be the central point of communication between management, field staff, customers, and the office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, order, and oversee billing for all projects
- Dispatch field technicians and coordinate daily routes (previous dispatching experience preferred but not required)
- Assist with phone quotes, scheduling, and customer follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication on project timelines
- Organize and manage inventory needs
- Facilitate communication between the office, management, and field teams
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to adapt to and navigate custom software platforms and multiple vendor sites
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Clear phone and email communication with employees, customers, and vendors
- Geographical knowledge of the Tampa Bay area or strong map-reading skills
Education & Experience
- Two years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, and/or project management (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Location Requirement
Must reliably commute to Bradenton, FL 34208 or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
