Pay: $20.00-$30.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: M-Th, 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM (32-Hour Work Week + Fridays as Needed)
Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Hartford City, IN. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly, this could be a great long-term career opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on presses and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to minimize downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently.
- Assist with general plant maintenance projects as needed.
- Follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Three-phase electrical experience is required.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Schedule
- 32-hour work week
- Fridays worked as needed (typically about half of the Fridays each year)
- Great opportunity to enjoy a shorter regular work week while still having overtime available.
