DaVinci Therapeutic Massage is seeking a professional, outgoing, and organized office receptionist to assist our front desk on a daily basis. This individual must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask while providing outstanding customer service. We are seeking a team member who is passionate about wellness, is eager to contribute to a positive client experience all while being able to enjoy our serene yet fun and team oriented environment.
Responsibilities would include the following:
- Greeting patients professionally with a fun and outgoing demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling using the company's booking software
- Checking patients in and out and ensuring all patient information is accurate
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
- Scheduling appointments and taking payments for services
- Working closely with therapists and other team members
- Other duties as assigned
