As an Entry Level Sales Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend products and services that fit their lifestyle. Entry Level Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Represent our telecommunications campaigns professionally and provide excellent customer service
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Educate customers on wireless products, services, and current promotions
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Consultants and team leaders to achieve team goals
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and feedback accurately
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends
- Support team initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and campaign success
Entry Level Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Prior Entry Level Sales Consultant experience is highly desirable
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Interest in developing sales, communication, and leadership skills
