Central Market Flowers Delivery Coordinator
Hours:
Saturday morning until deliveries are done in the afternoon.
Additional hours will be needed periodically to fill in for other team members or during busy floral holidays.
Join our team of floral enthusiasts! We're looking for a Flower Delivery Coordinator to join our team at our Queen Street location in Lancaster City.

We need someone who loves to be part of a team effort, likes to keep things clean and orderly, and enjoys variety in their day while surrounded by fresh flowers and happy customers. A clean driving record is a must. You will be using a commercial van for deliveries.
Deliver floral arrangements and bouquets. Make sure deliveries are beautifully packaged to brand standards, organize your route, and deliver flowers to happy customers.
During downtime, assist with cleaning and organizing needs in the floral studio.
During busy weeks and floral holidays, extra hours and team support is needed.
Location: In-person at 258 N Queen Street, Lancaster, PA
Responsibilities:
● Contribute positively to the team and company by knowing, supporting, and promoting the company’s mission and values in daily work
● Follow guidelines and systems in place to keep work flow organized and meet timelines
● Assist with other needs of the busy floral shop in downtime
● Use team communication app to ensure smooth operations with other locations
●Pick up flower buckets end of day from our market stand
●Transport florals to and from various locations
●Assist with other flower shop responsibilities as needed (answering phones, taking floral orders, washing vases/ buckets, prepping vases for designers, customer service in the flower shop or at market)

Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate $15 plus tips (tips are not guaranteed but typically add $2-3/per hour).

● Ability to lift 50 lbs and lift boxes and buckets frequently
● Background check
● Ability to climb a step ladder while loading in and out of a loading dock
● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
● Customer service experience
● Basic computer skills
● Proficient use of navigation apps and mobile devices
● A friendly disposition!
