About the Role
We are seeking an experienced & motivated person with a good head on their shoulders who may be looking for career advancement or simply a change in environment. You will learn our menu for primarily for walk-ins and parties, while our Executive chef handles our groups and corporate events. Must be able to work quick with quality whether during peak or slow times to get food out without compromise. We use quality ingredients and top of the line equipment in order to put out the highest end product in our industry. A must is to get along with others, no big talkers, just big do'ers.
You will learn quickly how a unique “Eatertainment” operation works from the kitchen perspective. You'll learn our menu and how to make our hybrid ice cream cakes and our Humwich cookie ice cream sandwiches!
Must know food COGS and be able to order entry every food delivery received and conduct inventory. Must be diligent and precise about performing these tasks
