Turkana Food South is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, transportation, inventory, and order fulfillment to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain shipping documentation and logistics records.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and customer delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics and warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP Business One experience preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

- Knowledge of freight coordination, routing, and transportation planning.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Pay: From $850.00 per week
