Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms (under 5 minutes).
- Assist customers with vehicle selection by providing accurate product information.
- Follow up with potential buyers to promote offers and encourage sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed appointment and sales performance goals.
- Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Strong phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.
