Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Capable of working all stations in the kitchen.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work environment.
- Communicates information to the Kitchen Lead whenever necessary, ensuring that information is disseminated through appropriate avenues.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the products that are handled by you.
- Exercises proper clock management.
o Clock in shift

- Ensures equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following preventative maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrates interest and commitment to achieving company objectives in food quality and presentation.
- All other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- High School degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and people skills
- Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
- Superb multitasking skills.
