Responsibilities:
- The Compliance Specialist primarily supports the Training Support team by managing and coordinating all aspects of compliance with grants and training. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, and an effective communicator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate program registrations, documentation, timelines, and close-out activities, including outcomes and reimbursements.
Register, track, and report training, competencies, and completions for the Apprenticeship Program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to commute to our Lewisville, TX location 2-3 days a week (Hybrid Position)

Experience with compliance, recordkeeping and Learning systems a plus
- Intermediate ability using Microsoft Office products and database systems

Excellent communication skills, written and oral

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Business skills should include excellent leadership and negotiation skills; strong customer orientation, effective conflict management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capability; a strong business-minded, consultative approach with a focus on profitability and margin

Salary Guidelines: $55,000-$65,000/year depending on experience
