Experienced HVAC Restoration Technician – Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with a highly organized, efficient, and supportive team to assess and repair HVAC systems impacted by fire and water damage, helping restore homes and buildings to safe, functional conditions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HVAC systems and restoration work (a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently, quickly and efficentially with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in HVAC
- Experience with FAU removal, reinstall and new replacements
- Willingness to do physical labor and work with power tools
- Able to direct and monitor the work of junior technicians
- Able to execute a mitigation scope of work with minimal supervision
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- On call availability outside of normal working hours
- Able to pass background check
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience 3 years field experience
- Certification/License
Schedule: M-F, (some weekends may be required)
Pay Range: $25 - $35 dollars per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
