Element Outdoor Living is growing and we are looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Driver who takes pride in quality work and professionalism. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands landscape maintenance and can be trusted to safely operate company vehicles and support a high-performing crew.

What You'll Do
-
Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites

Assist the crew with professional landscape maintenance services including:

Mowing and edging
-
String trimming
-
Blowing and cleanup
-
Shrub pruning
-
Bed maintenance and mulching
-
Help load and organize trucks and trailers for daily dispatch
-
Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections
-
Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles
-
Work efficiently with your crew to complete routes on schedule

Represent the company professionally on client properties
Requirements (Must Have)

Minimum 3 years driving experience

Minimum 2 years landscape maintenance experience
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Experience driving work trucks (trailers preferred)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
-
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from work
