Job Summary
BERTA is one of the world's most celebrated luxury bridal brands, with a flagship showroom in the heart of New York City. We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Customer Service Associate to be the first point of contact for our brides and guests. This full-time role is central to the smooth and elevated operation of our showroom — supporting both our clients and our stylist team with grace, efficiency, and genuine enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and serve as the face of the BERTA NYC showroom, greeting all brides and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage bridal appointments using our CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records at all times
- Coordinate the daily appointment flow and communicate schedules clearly to the showroom team
- Assist stylists and showroom staff as needed throughout the day, ensuring every appointment runs seamlessly
- Support general showroom operations including maintaining a pristine reception area, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with special events or trunk shows
- Handle client follow-ups, inquiries, and communications with care and attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment in a fast-paced luxury retail setting
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or a bridal/fashion environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — professional, polished, and personable
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and general comfort with scheduling and office software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to assist wherever needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a Wednesday–Sunday schedule
- A passion for bridal fashion and an appreciation for the BERTA brand aesthetic is a strong plus
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
