The Original Mels Roseville at 1804 Douglas Blvd, Roseville, CA has the following positions open for immediate hire:
We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time Cashiers (Host / Hostess) for primarily PM shifts with day shifts as needed.
Position has the potential for overtime and will require a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays, and USA approved work authorization.
Cashier - $16.900/hr plus tips
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with care.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting preffered
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, including TOAST
- Background in hospitality and guest relations
- Ability to handle phone etiquette and guest inquiries effectively
- Experience in food service and restaurant operations
