We are a multi-generation, family-owned fine jewelry store known for exceptional craftsmanship, loyal clientele, and a warm, luxury customer experience. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an energetic and personable Brand Ambassador to welcome guests, create memorable experiences, and become an important part of our showroom team.
This position is ideal for a high school student, college student, or early-career professional looking to gain valuable experience in luxury retail, sales, marketing, and customer service. For the right individual, this role offers a clear pathway into future sales and leadership opportunities within our organization.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Create a positive first impression that reflects our luxury brand
- Help manage showroom flow during busy periods
- Offer beverages and hospitality to clients as needed
- Assist the sales team with client support and daily operations
- Support social media efforts by helping create content, capturing photos/videos, and sharing ideas
- Help maintain a beautiful showroom appearance and merchandising standards
- Assist with special events, promotions, and community outreach activities
- Complete administrative and organizational tasks as assigned
- Learn the fundamentals of fine jewelry, diamonds, and luxury retail sales

No jewelry experience is required. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Fridays and Saturdays required
- Additional hours available based on availability and business needs
