The Shift Leader is responsible for properly overseeing and effectively managing their shift. Leaders must provide and maintain excellent management, coaching and training to all baristas within their store.
- Oversees and manages the assigned shifts.
- Implements strategic management practices to all managers and baristas
- Provides hands-on experience and support to all baristas
- Ensures that all company policies, procedures and programs are consistently maintained and implemented at the store
- Communicates daily with all store managers, and baristas.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with assistant managers, baristas.
- Provides on-going training and support to all staff
- Any other management duties that may be assigned
