Position Title: Alumni Coordinator
Reports To: National Director of Marketing
Status: Full-Time
Locations: Palm City Wellness – Palm City, Florida and Campus Recovery Center – Lake Worth Beach, Florida
Travel Requirement: This position requires regular travel between both Florida locations. The Alumni Coordinator must be physically present at the Florida facilities a minimum of three (3) days per week, rotating between Palm City Wellness and Campus Recovery Center based on operational needs. Additional travel throughout Florida for alumni events, community outreach, and referral development is required.
Position Summary
The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and expanding a best-in-class alumni program across Palm City Wellness and Campus Recovery Center. This position serves as the primary liaison between former patients, current patients, families, referral partners, and the organization to foster lifelong engagement in recovery and strengthen the continuum of care.
This role also plays a critical part in supporting admissions growth by cultivating relationships with alumni, professional referral sources, and community partners that generate qualified referrals. The Alumni Coordinator will collaborate closely with the National Director of Marketing, Admissions Department, Clinical Leadership, and Executive Teams to increase brand awareness, improve alumni engagement, and contribute to sustainable census growth.
QualificationsRequired
- Demonstrated, measurable success in developing, growing, and sustaining an alumni program within a behavioral health or healthcare organization.
- Proven track record of increasing admissions through alumni engagement, relationship development, networking, and community outreach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in behavioral healthcare, outreach, marketing, admissions, or alumni relations. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in behavioral healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of the behavioral healthcare treatment continuum, including mental health and substance use disorder services.
- Excellent communication, networking, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly between both campuses.
Additional Essential Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the National Director of Marketing to execute strategic alumni engagement and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to alumni participation, referral generation, and admissions growth.
- Assist with community marketing initiatives, open houses, networking events, and facility tours.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with referral partners and alumni to support organizational growth.
- Represent Palm City Wellness and Campus Recovery Center professionally at community events, conferences, and recovery-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with Admissions to ensure alumni referrals receive timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
