*Previous Experience Required: Suitable for experienced quick-serve/fast casual worker with at least 1 year related work experience and at least 6 months of experience as a shift manager or similar. Shift Leaders are required to go through a 5-part training program to hone all their JJ-specific skills and complete a minimum number of hours before being eligible for shift leader.
We are looking for Shift Leaders who value and display the following key habits:
1. PREPARED: Ensure you have everything needed - the product, people, and whatever else you need for a successful shift. Alert management if you don't.
2. CLEAN & NEAT STORE: Be sure front and back of house are always clean, organized, and fully stocked.
3. FOOD QUALITY: Be aware of product levels & current sales vs projections. Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served, and report any poor product in EOS report.
4. SHIFT MANAGEMENT: Keep people in their places to run an efficient, optimized shift. Clearly communicate tasks and ensure 100% integrity in shift procedures & daily paperwork.
5. ATMOSPHERE: Provide a pleasant, fast-moving atmosphere; welcoming guests, motivating delivery staff, and providing constant interaction with your crew from start to end of shift.

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds as needed during shift, and operate slicer.
- Manage and participate in opening, closing, and shift change functions.
- Manage employee attendance, communicate employee performance issues to store and senior management in performance conversations
- Perform general duties of hourly positions as needed.
- Reinforce and actively display high hospitality standards with team members, providing feedback to staff
- Ability to understand administrative POS (Point of Sale) functions, Run POS managerial reports as needed
- Ability to swallow pride and handle customer complaints, even when it may not directly be your fault.
- Execute all cash handling duties and manage delivery tips.
- Attain certification in all hourly positions
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including some weekends and holidays.
