Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for completing maintenance work orders across the apartment communities we manage, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and our residents receive excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems, apartments, and common areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and residents
- Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality workmanship and customer service
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
