Job Summary
MasterRoof Contracting is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Charleston, South Carolina branch. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position with a top residential roofing contractor that is aggressively expanding.
In 2024, we launched our Charleston branch as an extension of our already well-established and successful operation. This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a growing branch and build a long-term career with a proven company.

Earning Potential:
- $60,000–$80,000 achievable with consistent effort

We work both retail and insurance-based roofing projects, providing multiple revenue streams and strong closing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners to understand their needs and recommend roofing solutions
- Inspect properties and present estimates
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Generate leads through self-prospecting, referrals, and company marketing
- Manage accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track activity using CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Construction or home improvement experience
- Previous sales experience (inside or outside sales)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
