We are currently in search of a Full-time manager for our apartment project located in Big Rapids.
Travel will be required.
Active cell phone is required at employee's cost.
Some of the requirements for this position are as follows:
Fill vacancies, market project, show units
Handling tenant complaints
Process Move-ins, lease renewals, and move outs
Submit applications for processing.
