Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Medicare-certified, outpatient rehabilitation agency, we are committed to restoring motion and ensuring our patients will function at their personal best through skilled treatment, intervention and rehabilitation .
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement personalized, effective care plans based on individual patient assessments.
- Utilize skilled interventions and goal oriented programs to improve function and mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Document patient care using EMR systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulations.
- Supervision of support staff
Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. (Open to discussing opportunities with current PT student applying for licensure.)
- History and clinical experience as a PT.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated for an outpatient clinic
- Full Time or Part Time available. Benefits are with full time employment only.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
