Overview
We're looking for a reliable and flexible cargo van driver for local/regional deliveries.
Duties
- Safely operate a cargo van to pick up and deliver goods along assigned routes, ensuring on-time arrivals.
- Load and unload items using manual handling techniques or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during all driving activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers via mobile devices to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries and addressing customer inquiries courteously.
Qualifications
- Courier experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a manual transmission vehicle is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of route driving, heavy lifting techniques, manual handling, and safe lifting practices.
- Use of smartphone applications to record and print job details
- Ability to comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently using mobile devices or GPS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
