Garrick-Santo Landscape Co is hiring a Hardscape Installer to help build quality paver, wall block, and concrete projects with a team that cares about craftsmanship, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
This full-time field role is based out of Wilmington, MA and serves clients across Greater Boston and the North Shore.

Install pavers, wall block, and concrete as part of the Enhancement Install team

Assist with site prep, base installation, compaction, setting, cutting, finishing, and cleanup

Help maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsites

Follow quality standards and protect client property throughout the job

Work efficiently with the crew to keep projects on pace without cutting corners

Care for tools, equipment, and materials on site

Communicate early about issues, damage, or jobsite concerns

3+ years of hardscape installation experience preferred

Experience with pavers, retaining walls, and concrete work

Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work

Ability to work well with a crew and follow field leadership

Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Starting pay at $28.00+/hour, with more for proven skill and experience
