A Note on Location & Travel
This role supports clinics across Portage, East Lansing, and the Detroit suburbs, so you'll be on the road connecting with teams at each site roughly every other week (with some weeks requiring more or less, depending on regional needs). You don't need to live in any one of these cities! We welcome candidates from anywhere in the region who are comfortable with this rotating, multi-site travel rhythm as part of a dynamic leadership role.
What You'll Own
- Full discipline performance: staffing, compliance, billing, and budget
- Mentorship of Clinic Directors, Managers, and Leads
- Program development and regional growth strategy
- Supervision of graduate students, clinical fellows, and new hires
- Regular travel across the Portage, East Lansing, and Detroit-suburb clinics (bi-weekly minimum) to stay connected with every team
What You Bring
- Master's or Doctorate in speech-language pathology
- Active MI SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 10+ years clinical experience (pediatrics preferred)
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- 3+ years program development
- Strong business acumen and a team-first leadership style
- Comfort with regular multi-site travel across Southern Michigan (bi-weekly minimum)
- Passion for mentorship & clinical education
