Our clinic offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment for conditions such as depression, OCD, and anxiety, as well as Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (mPNS) treatments for pain management. Job Description:
As a Treatment Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting with both TMS and mPNS procedures. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining treatment equipment, ensuring patient comfort, and above all providing safe & compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical or healthcare setting and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and operation of TMS and mPNS equipment during patient procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments for depression, OCD, anxiety, and pain management.
- Provide clear instructions and explanations to patients before and after procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Document and track patient data accurately in the system.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering patient questions and addressing concerns.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team and clinic operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience as an optometry technician or in a similar healthcare role is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries with patients.
- Must be able to work at all locations on a rotating basis.
Work Schedule:
Part-time position available.
Hours:
Part-time hours are 2:45 PM to 7:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
*To complete training, you may be required to work during the hours of 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM.

Pay:
$17.13 - $20 per hour, based on experience (DOE)
